I order from Fairplay Foods every now and then, and the produce is kinda all over the place. Apples and potatoes are usually fine, but I’ve had lettuce and berries go bad quickly a few times. The prices are decent, I just wish they were a little more careful about checking the fresh stuff before selling it. It’s not awful, but it’s not exactly great either.

I ordered a few packs of chicken and steak from fairplayfoods.com, and to be fair, the meat was better than I expected. The color looked good, there was no weird smell, and it cooked up really nicely, which should be the standard, but somehow isn’t always the case.

The steak came out tender, and the chicken didn’t have that watery texture I’ve gotten from other places, thankfully. I’m a little annoyed that I had to be surprised by decent quality meat, but credit where it’s due — I’ll probably order from them again...

The store was really clean, I’ll give them that. The aisles were clean, the floors were clean, and it did feel nice walking around. But i kept noticing little things that were annoying, like how some items were hard to find, and then again I’d turn another aisle and still couldn’t find what I needed. It was clean, yes, but the shopping part got a bit frustrating.

There was a lot more there than I expected... like, so many different foods to pick from. I went in looking for a few specific things and actually found everything I needed, which was nice.

A couple things got swapped out, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but it wasn’t anything too serious. I guess I’d use it again.

I picked up a few prepared dinners from Fairplay Foods this week because, i was too worn out to deal with cooking or another whole service experience after work.

The chicken was fresh and not dry, and the sides actually had some flavor to them. It didn’t feel like sad food that had been sitting around all day, more like something someone made at home.

The prices were fair too, which I appreciated. It was easy, filling, and saved me from making dinner when I had zero energy left, so I’ll definitely grab more next time

The staff were really friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed, which made me wonder if they’d somehow studied my shopping habits beforehand. Checkout was quick too, like they had the whole system optimized behind the scenes. Nice little shop overall, and yes, I’d definitely go back again.

The website does what it’s supposed to, so that’s good, but it feels a little awkward to use. Sometimes it loads sooo slowly that I end up just waiting around, which gets annoying.

I mostly use Fairplay Foods to check coupons before I go shopping, like for cereal, snacks, laundry stuff, frozen meals, coffee, or whatever I’m already planning to buy. Some of the deals are actually good, and I’ve saved a few bucks here and there, but there have been times where a coupon I thought I saw wasn’t there anymore, didn’t show up the same way, or didn’t match what I noticed in the store, which is a little annoying when you’re trying to plan ahead.

The rewards are nice when they actually work, kind of like getting a small bonus after buying groceries, drinks, produce, meat, or random sale items, but the whole thing feels a bit slow and not super obvious. I’ve had moments where I wasn’t sure if points counted, when they would show up, how to use them, or if I did something wrong. It’s not a bad site at all, and I still check it, but the coupons and rewards could definitely be made clearer and easier to use.

I ordered from Fairplay Foods recently and was happy with how fresh everything was. The fruit and greens looked good, nothing was bruised, old, or squished. If you’re in the area and thinking about ordering groceries, I’d say give them a try. I’ll definitely be ordering again
